Log into your PDI account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Items
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
